I truly owe you a big thank you. You brought me a great neighbor just as you promised, when you sold the property at 10000 N.E. Fox Farm Road.

Living across the street from that mess for so many years always had me worried that the house would go to some unsuspecting person with children and who knows what would happen.

I sent you emails outlining my concerns regarding the open pit at the winery, and the mess at the bark dust place next door, as well as knowing some of the other problems that were going on over there.

I was pleased when Tony (the guy you sold to) shared with me that you had shared my emails before he bought so he covered all the concerns. That was very admirable of you.

He has family that owns a lot of large equipment and they have spent many days clearing land and cleaning up the yard as well as the house. He will be a fine neighbor and the house and property NEVER looked as good as it does now. Thank you for the great neighbor. He definitely is an asset to the neighborhood, and you are a professional and show great integrity. You are an asset to your profession.
